Kamel BADDARI

Emeritus Professor

Prof. Kamel BADDARI is an Emeritus Professor and one of the specialists in seismology in Algeria. Author of several international scientific articles as well as books and brochures, he has contributed to the development of geophysics in Algeria. Prof. BADDARI was Rector of the University of Bouira and the University of M'Sila. Since September 2022, Professor BADDARI has been the Minister of higher Education and Scientific Research.
